1. Business Services Overview

Web Wisconsin LLC ("Company", "we", "us") provides custom website design, local search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile management, AI Virtual Receptionist staff, CRM platforms, and digital marketing services to client enterprises in Columbus, WI and surrounding municipalities.

2. Marketing Communications & Consent Waiver

By submitting your personal, contact, or business information through any form, chat widget, review modal, or consultation scheduling interface on Web Wisconsin websites or hosted platforms, you grant explicit permission and legal consent for Web Wisconsin LLC and its designated partners to communicate with you.

These communications may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment reminders, invoice notifications, and digital marketing materials delivered via email, telephone call, short message service (SMS/MMS), AI Virtual Receptionist, social media channels, and automated workflow systems. You may unsubscribe or request opt-out from SMS marketing at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom graphics, source code, website frameworks, digital assets, and AI training models created by Web Wisconsin LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment has been settled per client agreement terms.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the United States of America. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Columbia County, Wisconsin.
