We just saw an upcoming feature that is so exciting that it could help so many local business owners with day to day running their business and keeping up with social media too!

Sneak Peek: Automatic Social Media Comment Replies!

It's not out yet, but coming very soon, we'll have a new Trigger for our Workflows & Automations. The trigger will be if someone comments on your Facebook or Instagram post! That's right! You'll be able to create an automation workflow for whenever someone comments on one of your posts from your Facebook and Instagram posts! No more trying to keep up with all of your social media comments and trying to stay on top of everyone who comments on them. Soon our Connect all-in-one business solution can do even that for you too!

When someone comments on your business' social media post, we will soon be able to set an almost unlimited variety of workflow automations to happen. You'll be able to do almost anything including:

• Post a follow-up comment for them
• Send them a message directly on FB or IG
• Tag their Contact file in your CRM
• Create a Task for a staff member
